Ladies senior football

Circuit Training:
The circuit training is on each Monday and Thursday night with sessions from 7 to 8 pm and from 8 to 9 pm each night. A place can be booked by phoning Eamon McCann on 30868 988.Tracey’s Dance Aerobics:
Tracey’s dance aerobics will be on every Monday and Wednesday night from 8 to 9 pm.Bowls:
The Bowling club is on from 9 to 11 pm this Tuesday night and they are looking for new members. If you are interested just come along on the night.Badminton:
The Silverbridge Badminton club is held every Wednesday night in the Resource centre from 9 to 11 pm. No experience is necessary and racquets can be provided. This is an ideal way to keep fit and is suitable for all ages and ability.Silverbridge Juvenile Badminton Club
Please note that the juvenile badminton has changed the times of its Saturday sessions. The club will now run from 3 to 4 pm only each Saturday for ages 7 to 15. Activities resume in the Youth Club this week. As Mass for deceased members of the football club is being held on Tuesday the club will not be on that night, but will be on Wednesday and Friday night from 7 to 9 pm.
