Senior Football

Our senior team will have their first Ulster league game against Slaughtneil on Sunday 3rd Feb. Throw in time 12 noon.

Peter Keeley Quiz

Don’t forget our annual Peter Keeley Quiz will be held in the social club on sat 2nd February at 9pm. Why not gather a few friends, form a team and come along and have a good night.

Scholarship

Anyone from Silverbridge area interested in receiving a Gaeltacht scholarship, would they please come to the clubrooms this Tuesday night at 8pm.

Executive Meeting

There will be a meeting of the executive on Wednesday 30th Jan in the social club at 8:30pm sharp.

Training

There will be training for the minors and under 16 teams on Friday 1st march at 9pm in the resource centre

Lotto

The lotto was not won last week the numbers drawn were 6, 10, 11 and 12
Bonus number 5. The Jackpot this week is at £12,400 (£22,400 with bonus number) or €18,600 (€33,600 with bonus number) Family and friends overseas can now do the lotto online at: www.silverbridgegfc.com

Membership

Membership is now due for the coming year Mixie Toal will be collecting it on Wednesday night at 8pm in the wee bar.

Poker classic

Satellites poker continues every Saturday night in the clubrooms at 9.30pm, tickets for our poker classic can be won at these sessions.
Senior citizens and special needs monthly get together will be in the social club on Friday night at 8:30pm

Resource Centre

Circuit Training

The circuit training is on each Monday and Thursday night with sessions from 7 to 8 pm and from 8 to 9 pm each night.  A place can be booked by phoning Eamon McCann on 30868 988.

Tracey’s Dance Aerobics

Tracey’s dance aerobics continue every Monday and Wednesday night from 8 to 9 pm.

Bowls

The Bowling club is on from 9 to 11 pm this Tuesday night and they are looking for new members. If you are interested just come along on the night.

Badminton

The Silverbridge Badminton club is held every Wednesday night in the Resource centre from 9 to 11 pm. No experience is necessary and racquets can be provided. This is an ideal way to keep fit and is suitable for all ages and ability.

Silverbridge Juvenile Badminton Club

Please note that the juvenile badminton has changed the times of its Saturday sessions. The club will now run from 3 to 4 pm only each Saturday for ages 7 to 15. The 7 to 8 pm session on Monday nights for the 10 to 15 age group will be on as usual.

Adult Irish Classes

The Irish classes for beginners continue from 7 to 8 pm on Thursday nights.

Tae Kwon Do

There will be Tae Kwon Do classes for beginners each Saturday from 3 to 4 pm in the Bowls Room. Cathal, on 086 0543712, has all the details.

Part time Courses

Part time courses in a variety of subjects are being held in the Resource Centre under the auspices of the Southern Regional College from Tuesday 29th January. To enroll and for all the details please contact Patsy Doyle on 30259712.

Youth Club

On Tuesday night the bus taking the Y Factor competitors to Whitecross will leave the club at 6 pm and should return after 9, while the one taking the girls to the Ice Rink will leave at 7 pm sharp and return around 10pm. The girls are reminded to bring their permission slips with them.
On Wednesday and Friday night there will be the usual activities for youth club members from 7 to 9 pm each night.
