Circuit Training

The Bowling club is on from 9 to 11 pm this Tuesday night and they are looking for new members. If you are interested just come along on the night.Badminton
The Silverbridge Badminton club is held every Wednesday night in the Resource centre from 9 to 11 pm. No experience is necessary and racquets can be provided. This is an ideal way to keep fit and is suitable for all ages and ability.Silverbridge Juvenile Badminton Club
Please note that the juvenile badminton has changed the times of its Saturday sessions. The club will now run from 3 to 4 pm only each Saturday for ages 7 to 15. The 7 to 8 pm session on Monday nights for the 10 to 15 age group will be on as usual.Any enquiries to 30868822 or 30868175.

On Tuesday night the bus taking the Y Factor competitors to Whitecross will leave the club at 6 pm and should return after 9, while the one taking the girls to the Ice Rink will leave at 7 pm sharp and return around 10pm. The girls are reminded to bring their permission slips with them.On Wednesday and Friday night there will be the usual activities for youth club members from 7 to 9 pm each night.
