Féile

The Féile team will be the first team from the club to play in a competition this year when they host Killeavy on Saturday next in the preliminary round of the Féile. Please check the local papers to confirm throw-in time and come along to support the lads.

Membership

Club membership, at £20/€30 for adults and £5/€8 for juveniles, is now due for renewal.  Gene will be in the clubrooms at 9-30 pm on Tuesday night 27th February to collect subscriptions and to take applications for membership. Members of all our teams are reminded they must have their membership paid to be eligible to play.

Lotto

Last week’s lucky numbers were 18, 20, 28 and 31. The jackpot was not won but there were two match three winners and the jackpot increases to £13,600 or €20,400 for thus week’s draw.

Meetings

Executive Committee.

The executive committee will meet at 9 pm this Wednesday night.

Underage Managers and Mentors.

There will be a meeting of all the underage managers and mentors this Tuesday night 27th February at 8-30 pm in the clubrooms.

Weekend Entertainment

Friday:  Senior Citizens and Special Needs group in the Clubrooms.
Traditional music in the Wee Bar to which all musicians are invited.
Saturday:  Pat and Teddy in the Wee Bar
Poker Satellite in the Clubrooms.

Courtesy Taxi Service

A courtesy taxi service is available to and from the clubrooms on Friday and Saturday nights from 8-30 pm to 1-30 am. Tel. 028 30861 128.

Future events:

Poker Classic next Sunday 4th March
The annual Poker Classic, with a prize fund of €8,000, takes place in the Resource Centre next Sunday 3rd March from 5 pm.
Satellite games will be held in Donnelly’s Bar Silverbridge this Wednesday night 28th February and in Silverbridge Clubrooms and Kilkerley Community Centre next Saturday night 3rd March.

Resource Centre

Circuit Training

The circuit training will run from 7 to 8 and from 8 to 9 pm each Monday and Thursday night. Further information may be had from Eamon McCann on 30868 988.

Tracey’s Dance Aerobics

Tracey’s dance aerobics classes are held every Monday and Wednesday night from 8 to 9 pm.

Yoga

The yoga classes are on each Tuesday night from 7-30 pm.

Silverbridge Badminton Club

The Silverbridge Badminton club is held every Wednesday night in the Resource centre from 9 to 11 pm at a weekly cost of £4 or €6. No experience is necessary and racquets can be provided.
In addition to this the Juvenile club, for ages 8 to 15, runs each Saturday between 3 and 4-30 pm. Membership is £5 or €7.50 with a weekly subscription of £2 or €3.
