Scor Na Nog Ulster Final WinnersOn Saturday night, Silverbridge Harps GAC invited the participants in the upcoming Scór na nÓg All Ireland Final, to an informal gathering in the Wee Bar, to wish them well. A Spokesperson gave a short speech outlining their massive achievements to date, and wished them and their mentors well next Saturday night.
Ann Connolly, Club Chairperson, echoed the previous speakers sentiments and wished the young participants every success in the All Ireland.
These young people are not only representing their Club, but they are representing their County and Province also. Our good wishes go with them to Athlone.
The Ireland Finals are to be held in Athlone on Saturday 20th February 2010. All those wishing to book tickets for this important event, please contact either Peter Murphy on 02830 888244 or Marian Murphy on 02830 861045. Those seeking accommodation, please contact the Athlone Tourist Board for assistance. On behalf of the Executive Committee and Club Members we take this opportunity to wish the young participants, namely, Peter Reel, Sean Garvey, Ryan McKeown, Shea Bradley, Eimear Reel, Aisling Muckian, Eileen Muckian, Caoimhine Grant, Michael Muckian & Lorcan Burns all the very best on Saturday next.
Field Notice
Please note that the Pitch is for Club Use Only, until further notice.
Please note that Ladies Outdoor training for the Senior Ladies will take place in the Field on Wednesday 17th February @ 7.30pm sharp. All Senior Ladies are asked to attend.
Under 12’s Boys Training
The Under 12 Training for Boys commences @ 6.30pm sharp on Thursday 18th February 210 and will be held indoors in the Resource Centre. Could Parents please ensure that the Boys are wearing the appropriate footwear. Also, all Players are reminded to bring their own water. Under 12’s Girls Training
The Under 12’s Girls Training starts on Wednesday 3rd March 2010 @ 6.30pm sharp, finishing @ 7.30pm. Again, could Parents ensure that the Girls are wearing the appropriate footwear and have Drinks with them.
Gaelic Go Start
Gaelic Go Start continues on Sunday 21st February 2010. Setting up at 10.00am for commencement @ 10.45am. All help is gratefully appreciated. Parents, please make sure that these young Athletes bring a Drink and wear suitable footwear. The Club Merchandise Shop
Now that the Training season is underway, the Shop will be open every Tuesday night from 7.00pm to 9.00pm for your purchases of all Club merchandise.
St Kevin’s Visit from Kildare to Silverbridge Harps GAC
There will be a meeting to discuss the proposed visit from St Kevin’s Club Kildare to Silverbridge. This will take place on Wednesday 17 February at 9.00pm in the Viewing Gallery. All parents of last years Under 14 Feile team who are willing to accommodate children for one night are asked to attend.

Rose of Tralee 2010

Membership Officer, Micksey Toal will be renewing annual membership on Thursday night 18th February in the Wee Bar between 9.00pm and 10.00pm. The official closing date for Club membership is Thursday 18th March 2010.
Lotto Draw Results
The Lotto draw numbers were 2, 9, 20, & 29 and the bonus number was 9.The next Lotto Draw will take place on 15th February 2010.
NOTE: All lotto tickets to be returned to the club on Monday nights at 8.30pm sharp.
Support Your Club
This is an opportunity to support your Club by donating £10.00 per month by DDM. Forms can be obtained from any of the Committee Members. Much needed funds and new Contributors are very welcome. We would also warmly welcome new Lotto ticket sellers which would also be immensely beneficial to our Club. So, contact any of the Committee Members and they will be very receptive for your offer of assistance. Thank you.
Social Entertainment
Every Thursday night @ 8.30pm in the Social club. Everybody welcome; so come along and get in with a chance to win.
Resource Centre
The Circuit Training will continue each Monday and Thursday evenings, between the hours of 7.30pm and 8.30pm up in the Bowls Room. Fundraising Meeting
This meeting, which was scheduled to take place on Wednesday 17th February 2010, has been postponed until further notice. Apologies for any inconvenience caused. We shall keep you posted.
Tae Kwon Do
The Tae Kwon Do Classes will continue on Saturday afternoon @ 2.30pm. See you all there.

Deepest Sympathy

Silverbridge Youth Club Disco
