FOOTBALL Please note that all our football pitches are now closed until further notice. Our UNDERAGE PRESENTATION 2011 and disco for the following underage teams (GO GAMES/Gaelic Go Start, U8, U10 & U12) will take place in the Clubrooms on Sunday 4th December between 3 and 6pm. There will be a separate Presentation shortly for our U14 & U16 teams – details to follow. COMMISERATIONSWe would like to convey our commiserations to an extremely gallant and talented Culloville team who came runners up in the Intermediate Club Championship last Saturday. LOTTOOur club lotto is a vital source of financial support particularly in the current very difficult economic climate. We have a core group of Lotto sellers who have been continually promoting the Lotto but they need help. Can you do one of the following: Sell a book of either 5 or 10 tickets every week in your street/park/road/area 2. Buy a Lotto ticket every week? The continuation of services primarily to the youth of our club depends on continual fundraising and support from its members and the wider community. We would ask you to give this request very serious consideration and if you can help out in any way, please contact me at one of the numbers below. ANNUAL GENERAL MEETINGOur AGM will take place in the Clubrooms on Wednesday 28th December @ 8pm. All members will receive a Nomination Form and a Motion Form in the next few days. Please note that the deadline for receipt of completed forms is MONDAY 12TH DECEMBER 2011. There will be a Nomination Box in the Wee Bar for your completed forms. If, for whatever reason, you have not received any correspondence from us by the end of this week, please contact the Secretary. The current Executive Committee is as follows: Chairman: Donal Walsh.
